Websites with online booking

Let customers book a visit, even at 10 p.m.

A fast website built for phones, on your own domain, where customers say what's wrong, check that you cover their town and request a time window you offer. You confirm each request.

What you get

A website that takes booking requests after hours.

Plenty of homeowners would rather tap than call, especially at 10 p.m. We build HVAC shops a fast, phone-first website where customers say what's wrong, check that you cover their town and request an arrival window, in about a minute.

Illustration only; these controls are not interactive. Try the sample sites below. Your site uses your name, colors, services and towns.
  • Booking that works after hours

Customers pick the problem, their town and a time window from the ones you offer. Each request lands with you to confirm, or goes straight into your scheduling software where it connects.

  • Built for the phone in their hand

Large call and booking buttons, with lightweight pages designed for phone connections.

  • Your shop, not a template

Your name, services, towns, maintenance plans and the rules you set. On your own domain, with a secure connection.

  • Works with your receptionist

Same rules on the phone and online: what counts as an emergency, which windows you offer, what you charge. Get one, or both.

Already have a website? We can add online booking to it, or rebuild it. We'll look at yours on the call and tell you plainly which makes more sense.

Sample sites

Three sample sites. Tap around.

Each one is the same made-up shop, Tidemark Heating & Air, built in a different style. Pick a problem, check a town and choose an arrival window, the way your customers would. Nothing you enter goes anywhere. Yours is built around your shop, your towns and your look.

How it works

Four steps, and you approve it before anyone sees it.

You don't need to write anything or learn any software. We ask the questions and do the work.

  1. We look at what you have

Your current site if you have one, your Google listing, your services and the towns you cover.

  2. You get it in writing

$999 for the build, written down before any work starts. Hosting is included, with no monthly fee.

  3. We build it

From your logo, photos and details. Booking only offers the windows and towns you choose.

  4. You approve, we launch

You go through the whole site first. It goes live on your domain only when you say it's right.

What it costs

The price, and exactly what it covers.

One price for the build, $999, and nothing monthly: hosting is included. No hourly billing. Getting our receptionist too? The website and the receptionist setup together are $1,499 instead of $1,998. If you need a new domain, it's registered in your shop's name and billed at the registrar's actual cost.

You keep it. No domain yet? We register one in your shop's name and bill it at the registrar's actual cost.

Questions

Website questions.

Something else on your mind? Ask it on the demo, or email ben@steadyguideai.com.

Do I own my website and domain?

Your domain is yours. If you already have one, you keep it. If you don't, we register one in your shop's name and bill it at the registrar's actual cost. Your logo, photos and words stay yours too. Ownership and delivery of the site files are specified in your written agreement.

Is there a monthly fee for hosting?

No. Hosting is included with the build. The only yearly cost is your domain, if we register a new one for you, and you pay that at cost.

I already have a website. Can you add online booking?

Often, yes. Some sites can take a booking page or button, and some are better rebuilt. We'll look at yours on the call and tell you which, before you spend anything.

Will online bookings fill my schedule with jobs I can't take?

No. Customers can only request the windows you offer, and only from towns you cover. Each request comes to you to confirm, unless you choose to have it go straight into your scheduling software.

Can I change the site after it's live?

Yes. Tell us what to change, like a new service, new towns or holiday hours. Your written agreement says how changes after launch are handled, so there are no surprises.

How long does a website take?

It depends on how many pages you want and how quickly we get your photos and details. You get the timeline in writing before any work starts.

Can it book into my calendar or dispatch software?

That depends on what you use. Many shops start with booking requests that land in the call summary for you to confirm. On the demo we'll look at your tools and tell you plainly what connects. A direct connection to Jobber, Housecall Pro or ServiceTitan, where your plan allows one, is quoted separately.

Do I need to be good with computers?

No. We do the setup, the testing and the changes. What you'll do is read a short summary after each call, the way you'd read a message slip, and tell us in plain words if something should change. Email, a text or a phone call is fine.
