These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of steadyguideai.com and any information or messages you receive from Steady Guide AI LLC (“Steady Guide AI,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Our services
Steady Guide AI sets up and runs AI phone receptionists, builds websites with online booking, and manages local search listings for businesses. Paid services are provided under a separate written agreement with each customer. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement controls for that customer.
Not an emergency service
Steady Guide AI is not a substitute for 911 or your gas company's emergency line. If you smell gas, hear a carbon monoxide alarm, or anyone is in danger, leave the building and call 911 or your gas company from outside.
A receptionist set up by Steady Guide AI follows the safety instructions and routing rules its business gives it. It can't see what's happening at your home and can't send emergency responders.
About AI receptionists
AI receptionists can misunderstand speech, miss details or make mistakes. Each business reviews its call summaries and stays responsible for the services, prices and appointments it offers. Information a receptionist gives on a call is provided on behalf of that business, not by Steady Guide AI.
Prices
Prices on this site are our standard prices for Connecticut heating and cooling businesses, before any sales tax that applies. Your written quote and agreement set what you actually pay, and they control if they differ from this site. We may change the prices on this site at any time. A change doesn't affect an agreement you've already signed, except as that agreement allows.
Local search results
Google and other services decide how business listings rank and what they show. We don't control them, and we don't guarantee any ranking, traffic, number of calls or reviews. We follow their rules for business listings and reviews, and we don't buy or fake reviews.
Using this website
You may use this site to learn about our services and contact us. You agree not to misuse it, including by trying to break its security, sending spam or automated submissions, interfering with its operation, or submitting someone else's information without their permission.
The example calls, the website mockup and the business names on this site, such as “Bluff Point Heating & Air,” “Your Shop Heating & Air” and the sample sites’ “Tidemark Heating & Air,” are fictional and shown to illustrate how our services work.
Call recording and consent
Customers must approve the AI disclosure, recording notice and any required consent process before calls are enabled. They must also set recording retention, access and an alternative contact route for callers who decline. Our Privacy Policy explains call data handling. This website form does not give consent to record another person or to text a shop’s callers.
Text messages
If you agree to receive text messages from us, our SMS Terms apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
Accessibility
We want this site to work for everyone, including people who use a screen reader, keyboard navigation or larger text. If anything here is hard to use, email ben@steadyguideai.com and we'll help you directly and fix it.
Our content
The content of this site, including text, design, graphics and the Steady Guide AI name and logo, belongs to Steady Guide AI LLC or its licensors. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use, but you may not copy, modify or reuse them commercially without our written permission.

This site may link to or rely on services run by others. We aren't responsible for their content, terms or privacy practices.
Disclaimers
This site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows. Information on this site is general and may change without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Steady Guide AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of this site. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of this site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100). Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or this site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut, and you agree to their jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
