Can you guarantee we'll rank first on Google?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. Google decides rankings, and how close a searcher is to your shop counts for a lot. What we do is get your profile complete and accurate, keep it active, and help you collect real reviews, which are the things that tend to help most.
Do I give up control of my Google listing?
No. You add us as a manager on your Google Business Profile. You stay the owner, and you can remove our access at any time.
How soon will I see a difference?
It varies. Fixes to your profile show once Google updates it, and reviews build up over months. Your monthly report shows what changed, so you can judge for yourself.
Will you write reviews for us?
Never. Fake or paid reviews break Google's rules and can get a listing suspended. We make it easy for your real customers to leave one: a QR poster and a link your techs can text when the job closes.
Is there a long contract?
No. After setup it's month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. Founding shops agree to a 3-month minimum in return for the lower setup price.
