Steady Guide AI LLC is based in Groton. We work only with heating and cooling shops. We're a new company, so we take on a few shops at a time and set each one up properly. You work directly with Ben, the founder, from the first call through setup and after.

Who will I actually deal with?
Ben, the founder. From the first call through setup and after, you have one person to call or email, not a ticket queue.
Do you meet in person?
Yes. We're based in Groton and happy to come to your shop anywhere in eastern or central Connecticut. Video or phone works too.
Do I need to be good with computers?
No. We do the setup, the testing and the changes. What you'll do is read a short summary after each call, the way you'd read a message slip, and tell us in plain words if something should change. Email, a text or a phone call is fine.
Is there a long contract?
No. After setup it's month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. Founding shops agree to a 3-month minimum in return for the lower setup price.
