The receptionist is $499 a month plus $999 setup. Local SEO is $149 a month with either of our other services. A website is $999 one time, with hosting included. Every number is in writing before you sign anything.

Local SEO

Helps your shop show up properly on Google Maps and local search.

  • Your name, address and phone matched on Google, Bing, Apple Maps, Yelp and Facebook
  • New Google posts written and scheduled every month
  • Replies to your Google reviews, written in your shop's voice
  • A review QR poster and a review link your techs can text
  • A monthly report on how your listing is doing

What nobody can promise

No one can honestly guarantee a top spot on Google. How close a searcher is to your shop counts for a lot, and nobody can change that. We never buy or fake reviews, or stuff keywords into your business name. Those can get a listing suspended.

Your part

  • Add us as a manager on your Google profile. You keep ownership.
  • Send us real photos from your jobs.
  • Ask every customer for a review. Offer the link to real customers, with consent before sending texts.

Receptionist and website together: $1,499 setup instead of $1,998. Then $499 a month for the receptionist. Both are set up from the same look at your shop, so you pay for it once.

One time means setup for the receptionist and local SEO, and the build for a website. A new domain, if you need one, is billed at the registrar's actual cost and registered in your shop's name.

Founding shops

A lower setup price for our first two shops.

We're taking on two Connecticut shops as founding customers: $499 setup instead of $999 for the receptionist, then the usual $499 a month. Want a website too? $999 setup for both instead of $1,499. The receptionist stays $499 a month.

In return: a 3-month minimum, a 15-minute feedback call every two weeks, and, if it works for you, permission to share your results and a short quote.

Ask about a founding spot

Prices are before any Connecticut sales tax that applies. A direct connection to Jobber, Housecall Pro or ServiceTitan, where your plan allows one, is quoted separately. Some phone plans charge for call forwarding, so check yours. Your written quote and agreement set the final terms.

What does it cost?

The receptionist is $499 a month plus a $999 one-time setup. Local SEO is $149 a month alongside our receptionist or a website from us, or $199 on its own, plus $299 setup. Is there a long contract?

No. After setup it's month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. Founding shops agree to a 3-month minimum in return for the lower setup price.

What does the setup fee cover?

Learning your shop, building your receptionist around your rules, running it through a long list of test calls, and getting your call forwarding working. For local SEO, setup covers cleaning up your Google profile and fixing your listings on other sites.

Is there a limit on calls?

Your quote states how many call minutes are included each month and the rate past them, so you can estimate your bill before you sign. Usage above the allowance adds to the bill unless your written agreement includes a cap.

Is there a monthly fee for hosting?

No. Hosting is included with the build. The only yearly cost is your domain, if we register a new one for you, and you pay that at cost.

Is sales tax included?

No. Prices are before any Connecticut sales tax that applies, and your quote shows it if it does.

What happens if I cancel?

Give us 30 days' notice. Your calls go back to however you handled them before, and you keep your phone number, which never moved. Recordings and transcripts are returned to you or deleted, as you ask.
